Ensuring the Correct Fit and Sizing: With your knee slightly bent, use the center of the kneecap as your starting point and measure 5 1/2" up your thigh. Measure around the thigh for the circumference. Starting from the center of the kneecap, measure 4 3/4" down your calf and measure around the calf for the circumference. Make sure the measuring tape is not too tight or too loose. Refer to the sizing chart and video for the correct sizing.
